Dive Computer
Open water students or Continuing Education students renting a computer:
You will use a dive computer instead of dive tables or PADI’s eRDPML. Don’t worry if you have trouble understanding the tables or eRDPML during online training. You will use a Subgear XP-10 / ScubaPro Aladin Sport (same computer, 2 different model names), or a ScubaPro ONE during your dives. All models are similar in functionality with slight differences in menu access / displays.

**** Review the computer manual
We will briefly review computer dive planning before each open water dive. Computer log book function to retrieve dive information will be covered when we fill out log books, so be sure to bring your computer when we do so.
